The menu just felt limited to me. There was something about it that made it hard to find anything I was really excited to order.

I went here expecting a decent meal, but it was a letdown from the start. We had to wait in a queue for ages before even getting sorted, which already put me in a bit of a mood, and the food didn’t make up for it at all. My steak was chewy and overcooked, the chips tasted like they’d been sitting around, and the sauce was barely warm.
Dessert wasn’t much better either, just bland and not very fresh tasting. For the price, I really expected a lot more. After waiting that long and then getting food like that, I wouldn’t be in any hurry to go back.

This place is so easy to get to—perfect when I just need a quick, no-fuss lunch :)

It was worth the money. The dinner price was good, and I left full, which is always a win. Nothing super fancy or anything, but for what I paid, I can’t really complain. I’d probably go back if I just wanted an easy, affordable meal.

it was a smooth order. I grabbed a few things and everything was exactly what I asked for, with nothing missing, which I appreciated. One side had gotten a little mixed up in the bag, but it was easy enough to sort out.

I’d probably skip the offers next time unless I could double-check everything first

Went to Bistrot Pierre for a meal i wish we’d just gone somewhere else. The food took forever to come out, and after all that waiting it was only lukewarm. My main didn’t really taste of much, and the chips seemed like they’d been sitting around for ages.

The service wasn’t exactly rude, but everything felt like a hassle and there were just too many steps for what should’ve been a simple meal. We had to ask more than once for drinks, then again for the bill, and it all dragged on way longer than it needed to. For the price, it really wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t go back.

I was kind of let down by the veggie options here. There really wasn’t much to choose from, especially if you’re vegan or trying to avoid dairy, and the few things that were available didn’t feel very filling or thought-out. I ended up leaving still hungry, which is never a great feeling after paying for a meal, and I was more annoyed than anything because I had expected at least a couple of decent choices

I went here with a friend and it had a nice little buzz going on. The place felt cosy without everyone being packed in too tightly, and the lighting made it feel relaxed.

The staff were around a lot, but it didn’t feel like they were trying to hurry us out or anything. It did get a bit loud later in the evening, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but overall it was a good place to sit, eat, and catch up

The food was actually nice, but the wait felt much longer than it should have. Compared to other places I’ve been, this took forever, so it kind of took away from the overall experience

I booked a table through the website and it was easy, took only a few minutes really. The confirmation email came through right away too, which was good. Only small thing was I had to go back once because the time I chose kind of disappeared, or wasn’t there anymore. But overall it worked fine and no big problem

Went to Bistrot Pierre last weekend and was proper pleased with portions. I had main and dessert and actually left feeling full, which doesn’t always happen when you eat out. My partner’s meal was good size too, not one of those tiny plates you get in some places. Food was nice, plates were decent, and we had no complaints at all.

I was a little confused by how limited the drink choices were?? There just wasn’t much to pick from, which was kind of disappointing.

They did get back to me in the end, and the complaint was sorted... but the reply felt dismissive!! Like, sure, it was dealt with, but I didn’t really feel listened to?? Not awful, just not great either!!!

We had a really nice meal here, and the staff seemed to have everything under control. They checked in at the right times without hovering, which I appreciated. The drinks took a bit longer than expected, but nothing that ruined the evening. Everyone was friendly and helpful, so I’d be happy to go back.

The staff were Nice and greeted us with smiles when we walked in, which I appreciated. Later on though, the service felt a bit rushed and we had to wave someone down a couple of times. Not a bad experience overall, just wish they had been a little More attentive.

The place just didn’t feel very clean. The tables were dirty when we sat down (which is never a great first impression), it put me off staying. I wouldn’t go back.
